Shooshoos take pride in the quality of their shoes. If you bought your shoes from our web site, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of receipt. If you bought from a retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance. We can only accept returns and exchanges for orders bought through our web site. How to return/exchange your shooshoos online purchase: If you need to return/exchange an item, please send it back to our warehouse. The item must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the pair in the same size and style at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items.
